We want you to be 100% happy with your Lomio purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@lomio.store with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- We will reply within 24 hours with a free return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Drop the package at your nearest carrier point.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number).
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged from misuse or normal wear.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items not in their original condition.
Order Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order, email us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but can be returned per the policy above.
