π§ Don't Have Your Tracking Number?
Your tracking number was sent to you in our shipping confirmation email. Check these places:
- Your email inbox β search for "Lomio" or "shipped"
- Your spam / junk folder β sometimes our emails land there
- Your Shopify account at /account if you created one during checkout
β‘ When Will I Get a Tracking Number?
- Order placed: You receive an order confirmation email immediately
- Within 1β2 business days: Your order is processed and shipped
- Once shipped: You receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
- 24β48 hours after shipping: Tracking updates start appearing in the system
π Common Tracking Statuses Explained
- Pre-shipment / Label created: We have prepared your package. The carrier will pick it up soon.
- In transit: Your package is on its way β traveling between sorting centers.
- Out for delivery: The carrier is on the way to your address today!
- Delivered: The package arrived. If you haven't received it, check with neighbors or your front desk.
- Exception / Held: Customs delay or carrier issue β we'll usually contact you. If not, email us at support@lomio.store.
β° My Order Is Late β What Should I Do?
Delivery times can vary depending on your location:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 2β4 business days
- EU: 3β7 business days
- UK: 5β8 business days
- USA & Canada: 7β12 business days
- Rest of world: 10β18 business days
If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email us at support@lomio.store with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
